Clean your House from Pornography

These are first order changes (second order changes):

• Move your computer into an open location
• Install internet porn blocker, content filter & have your sponsor install and keep custody of the password
• Change your email address and/or provider (if email porn solicitations are a source of trouble for you)
• Throw out your porn collection (videos, magazines, saved images, etc.)
• Shred your movie rental card
• Purge your "favorite websites" list on your web browser
• Cancel your subscriptions to pornographic sources
• Stop going to chat rooms, stop going to the "personals" adds
• Cancel your membership with porn newsgroups
• Purge your computer files of all porn images/programs (through out all your CD/ DVD, Videos, etc)
• Erase all porn sites from your "favorites" folder in your internet browser (delete all cookie files)
• Cancel television channels that offer porn or sexually explicit entertainment (ex. Playboy, HBO, Cinemax,  etc)
