10. A clean pattern of life instead of a purposeless existence.
11. The love and understanding of our families instead of their doubts and fears.
12. The Freedom of a happy life instead of the bondage of a sexual obsession.

Sexual Addiction as a Blessing/Gift?

Strange concept - but some sex addict in recovery consider their Sexual Addiction as a blessing/gift.

What I learned in recovery, how did I benefit "having a sexual addiction":

My sexual addiction helped me to:

• understand others who struggle with addiction (any addiction)
• have more compassion for all my fellow sex addicts and for myself
